Reportedly, upon completion, these Type B fuel tanks will be installed on 9,000 TEU dual-fuel container vessels. Compared to traditional fuel-powered solutions, they are expected to effectively help reduce carbon emissions during vessel operation, providing shipping companies with a "green power solution" that balances economy and environmental benefits. The development and construction of this equipment will offer a replicable and scalable new pathway for the green transition of the shipping industry through tangible products. It injects robust maritime sector strength into global efforts to address climate change and achieve the "Dual Carbon" goals, continuously driving the industry towards a high-quality development model characterized by low energy consumption, low emissions, and sustainability.
