On July 31, Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. ("CIMC SOE") formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sinopec Nantong Petroleum Branch. Building upon extensive prior consultations and strong consensus, both parties have initiated a new chapter of strategic collaboration aimed at leveraging their respective strengths to achieve resource sharing and mutual benefits.
The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives including Gao Wenbao, Vice President of CIMC ENRIC and General Manager of CIMC SOE; Su Fei, Deputy General Manager of CIMC SOE; Wang Jianzhong, General Manager of Sinopec Nantong Petroleum Branch; and Wu Shengwei, Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Nantong Petroleum Branch.
This strategic agreement represents the localized implementation of the broader partnership between CIMC ENRIC Holdings Limited and Sinopec Marketing Co., Ltd. As a core component of this collaboration, the parties conducted in-depth discussions on annual diesel wholesale supply, localization substitution of Great Wall lubricants, official vehicle fuel procurement, and employee benefit programs. These pragmatic exchanges established a solid foundation for long-term, stable cooperation.
Moving forward, both organizations will uphold the principles of "long-term mutual trust, complementary advantages, and collaborative development."
