Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “CIMC SOE”) built the first phase of the Hong Kong power station island project, the second batch of modules(including TBS-M1 module, PBT-1 module and PBT-2 module) has been complete for China United Engineering Co.,Ltd. Contracted, and the construction quality has been praised and recognized by the owner. The second batch of modules was successfully shipped on March 5,2024.

The TBS-M1 module shipped this time is one of the core modules of power island EPS project, TBS has three modules, the construction scope of each module includes module steel structure prefabrication and installation, carbon steel pipe prefabrication and installation, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal pipe prefabrication and installation, process equipment installation, electrical instrumentation equipment installation, bridge and cable installation, thermal insulation construction, module painting and so on. The following TBS-M2 and TBS-M3 modules will be shipped one after another.

This project adopts the construction standard of power engineering. The Party A is China United Engineering Co.,Ltd., and the major owner is Singapore Keppel Segars Company. With the spirit of active exploration, overcoming difficulties and unremitting efforts, the project team of CIMC SOE has successfully completed the delivery of the first and second batch of modules, the proportion of the two batches of modules shipped and delivered accounted for 37% of the total modules, and the overall module production completion rate reached 98%. According to the incoming materials and the requirements of the owner, it is expected that all the modules can be delivered before May.

With the support of company and relevant departments, the project team of the integration center smoothly undertook and delivered the power island module, marking a solid step for the company  to respond to the major strategy of the construction of the national Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and also marking a further breakthrough in the field of integrated module production of power station of CIMC SOE.
