Recently, the final set (Project M064) of the 12-vessel LNG re-gasification module series constructed by Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "CIMC SOE") for Wärtsilä (WGS) was successfully loaded and shipped. This marks the successful completion of all production and delivery tasks for the series, fully demonstrating the company's ability to deliver on its commitments with efficient problem-solving capabilities.

The M064 module was a key project in CIMC SOE's collaboration with Wärtsilä and also represents the final piece of the series. Midway through the project, to accommodate the overall acceleration of Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding's construction schedule, WGS requested an early delivery of four months ahead of the original timeline. Faced with the dual pressure of a significantly shortened schedule and stringent technical requirements, the delivery difficulty increased substantially. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, the leadership of Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding and WGS visited the company multiple times to deeply coordinate delivery arrangements and thoroughly discuss construction details.
Confronted with the formidable production task, the company's project team responded swiftly, convening a special meeting to comprehensively review the production plan and identify challenges. Drawing on the team's mature experience from similar projects, they mobilized cross-functional collaboration across production, technology, engineering, quality inspection, and procurement departments, with detailed task assignments. By optimizing production processes, streamlining workflows, scientifically allocating manpower and resources, refining daily production plans, and maintaining rigorous quality control throughout, the team effectively broke through production bottlenecks and improved construction efficiency. Ultimately, despite the significantly compressed timeline, the production and delivery tasks were completed on schedule with quality assured.
