On May 31, just ahead of International Children's Day, Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "CIMC SOE") union, in collaboration with the Yinyang Town Women's Federation, organized the 2026 Family Reception Day event. The event was designed to further bridge the gap between the Company and employees' families, enhance their understanding of the workplace, strengthen team cohesion, and convey the warmth of the enterprise. Over ten employee families with children were invited to step into CIMC SOE for an immersive tour of the working environment, participate in fun interactive activities, and celebrate Children's Day in a warm and joyful atmosphere.

At 9:30 a.m., employees and their families gathered at the office building, officially beginning their exploration. After assembling, they proceeded to the company exhibition hall, where a detailed introduction gave families a glimpse into the Company's development history, core business, and cultural heritage, allowing them to experience the spirit and teamwork of CIMC SOE up close.

Subsequently, the group toured the East Plant and West Plant work areas. Family members observed and engaged in conversations along the way, gaining a direct and genuine understanding of the daily work scenes and atmosphere. Children, wide-eyed with curiosity, bombarded their parents with innocent questions: "Dad, why is this tank painted black?" "Mom, can that big hook lift our family car?" The continuous stream of childish remarks filled the air with laughter, adding a lighthearted and warm touch to the plant visit.

After the tour, the event moved indoors, coinciding with the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival. Three themed sessions were specially arranged: a Dragon Boat Festival cultural mini-class, a parent-child sachet DIY workshop, and an ocean painting activity. In the cultural mini-class, staff shared engaging knowledge about traditional festival customs, passing on cultural heritage. During the DIY session, parents and children worked together to fill sachets with aromatic herbs, creating their own unique Dragon Boat Festival keepsakes. In the ocean painting area, children unleashed their creativity, using paintbrushes to depict colorful undersea worlds, showcasing their imagination. Meanwhile, a card game relaxation corner and an aromatherapy station were set up in the employee lounge, allowing adults to unwind in a soothing atmosphere.

Next, the fun escalated with a series of family group games. Families were divided into teams for two exciting activities: a rainbow-band running race and a tic-tac-toe frisbee scoring game, designed to balance teamwork and enjoyment. The rainbow-band race tested family coordination, with members working in sync to sprint forward. The frisbee game involved tossing discs into a 1–9 point grid, with participants accumulating points based on where the frisbee landed. Everyone aimed carefully and competed with composure, creating a lively and cheerful competitive atmosphere.

After the fun and games, everyone gathered together to share a meal, chat about life, and celebrate their joy. Parents helped their children with food while exchanging stories about their daily lives with colleagues. Children darted between tables, swapping snacks and toys with newly made friends. The shared laughter and conversations created heartwarming family moments, sealing the day's memories.

This Family Reception Day was rich in content and brimming with warmth. It not only gave family members a close-up look at employees' work environment and a firsthand experience of the Company's corporate culture and humanistic care, but also built a bridge of communication between the Company and employee families. Moving forward, CIMC SOE will continue to uphold the philosophy of "People-Oriented, Common Cause," creating more heartwarming cultural and sports activities to enrich employees' after-work life, care for their families, and continuously strengthen employees' sense of belonging, happiness, and cohesion. Together with employees and their families, the Company will forge ahead, united in purpose and shared growth.
