To effectively serve the social needs of young employees and broaden their opportunities for communication and interaction, on March 28, the Qidong Federation of Trade Unions launched a youth mixer themed "River-Sea Encounter, Love Blossoms – Union Brings Hearts Together" at the Tulip Expo in Yuantuojiao Tourist Resort. Several single young employees from our company actively signed up and participated, embarking on a beautiful encounter amidst a sea of tulips.

The mixer brought together more than 60 single young employees from government agencies and enterprises across the city. The event featured a series of carefully designed activities, including tulip garden signin, fun icebreakers, a scavenger hunt around display frames, coffee chat, and a confession session. These progressive activities built a relaxed and enjoyable bridge for the young participants to get to know each other. At the start, the tulip signin allowed participants to fill out personal information and browse others' profiles, getting a first impression. The staff's detailed explanation of the schedule and rules also helped everyone let go of their shyness and look forward to the day.

The icebreaker games quickly warmed up the atmosphere. Our young employees teamed up with peers from other organizations, cooperating well and swiftly breaking the ice through fun interactions. Laughter and cheers echoed under the sun. During the subsequent scavenger hunt, participants formed groups on their own, strolling through the tulip garden and completing tasks together, which deepened their conversations and brought them closer. The coffee chat and confession session allowed everyone to build genuine friendships in a relaxed and pleasant setting. At the end, the host gave a warm summary and heartfelt wishes, bringing the event to a perfect close. Many participants lingered, continuing to chat and enjoy the tulip expo, letting their connections grow further.

This mixer not only provided a quality platform for our single young employees to meet new people and enriched their afterwork cultural life, but also made them feel the thoughtful care of the company and the trade union. The young employees who took part said that the event was fresh in format and relaxed in atmosphere. It helped them make likeminded friends and relieved the pressure of daily work.
