Mr. Gao Wenbao pointed out in his speech that in 2025, under the leadership of CIMC Group, its holding company, and the Board of Directors, the company's production and operation performance reached new heights. A series of safety management initiatives, including the establishment of safety coalitions, regional grid management, and the application of AI monitoring, have taken effect, solidifying the company's safety foundation. However, weak links still exist in current safety management, and there is no room for laxity in production safety. 2026 is a crucial year for CIMC Group to "focus on high-quality development and build new growth drivers." The company's production and operation tasks are heavier, and safety management requirements are higher. All employees need to grasp and implement all aspects of safety production with stricter standards and more solid measures.
Mr. Gao delivering a speech
Mr. Gao put forward four specific requirements for HSE work in 2026: (1) Closely monitor the human factor, tackling the challenges of "high personnel numbers, frequent labor changes, and weak management"; (2) Strictly control the physical factor, strengthening safety defenses for equipment and the worksite; (3) Focus on thematic improvements, enhancing the systemic level of safety management; (4) Solidly implement occupational health and environmental protection, fulfilling the original aspiration and mission of green development.
